The warm lemon water in the lobby was delightful!
Upon arrival, I noticed a disorganized check-in process that set a negative tone for my stay. The receptionist seemed overwhelmed and uninterested, which made me feel unwelcome. Additionally, the limited available amenities were disappointing, especially given the misleading descriptions that led me to choose this hotel.

The Queen Room was clean with a comfortable bed, but the pool area needs better maintenance.

You’ve gotta try RHM Subs N' More for the most delicious grilled fish! Our stay had some highlights, like clean rooms and a comfy two queen beds setup, perfect for our family getaway.
We had to shuffle to the second floor since the main floor windows were nailed shut. No restaurant on-site as advertised, and we caught an apologetic staff member barging into our room. Still, the charm of the place managed to shine through.

What shines and what doesn’t
The warm lemon water in the lobby was delightful! Breakfast offerings exceeded expectations, especially with a live omelet station.
Single-pane windows rattled noisily in the wind! Limited TV channels were quite disappointing.

The stay was pleasant. I enjoyed my time near the shops. The receptionist was helpful and took care of the details for my whale watching tour. It was nice to visit such a beautiful area with the opportunity for outdoor activities. The free WiFi was a plus during my stay.
Some rooms had a strong odor from cleaning supplies. I also noticed that the pool area was not kept up as expected. The restaurant was not available as advertised.

Friendly staff and comfy beds
We had a decent stay. The beds were surprisingly comfy! The lady at the front desk was super friendly and helped us pick out an awesome restaurant nearby. The picnic area was also nice to chill at. Just wish the hallways were cleaner, they had this weird smell. Overall, not bad for a quick getaway.

Enjoyed a lovely, large, quiet room with all the expected amenities, and the breakfast buffet featured a nice variety, including boiled eggs. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean and had plenty of parking. However, the air conditioning unit was quite noisy, and the breakfast area felt overcrowded, which made the experience less enjoyable. Notably, the lobby could use better ventilation as well.

I had a good stay, enjoyed the clean Queen Room and the comfortable bedding, but the vending machines were all sold out. Still, I might return next time!
